Wild Wood-Fired Sauna at Hollycombe Home Farm, South Downs Nr Liphook.

Sauna Benefits.

Cardiovascular Health

Regular sauna use has been linked to a reduced risk of high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke. The heat exposure improves blood vessel function and circulation, similar to moderate exercise.

Muscle Recovery & Pain Relief

Heat increases blood flow, which helps muscles recover after exercise and can ease joint pain, stiffness and conditions like arthritis in some cases.

Stress Relief & Mental Health

Sauna can trigger the release of endorphins and help lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels. Many users report improved relaxation, mood and sleep quality.

Longevity & Reduced Dementia Risk

Long-term studies from Finland suggest frequent sauna bathing is associated with lower risks of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and premature death.
